Terms & Conditions Livlii Design Firm

These terms and conditions apply to Services provided by Livlii Company of 1315 Clayton Road Lancaster PA 17603 USA.

These terms and conditions represent the full and complete understanding of the parties with respect to the subject matter hereof, superseding all prior understandings, arrangements and representations, whether verbal, written, or presented online.

By signing this document, you acknowledge and agree to having read, understood, and accept these Terms and Conditions, Guarantees.

These terms and conditions are effective from the date you sign this document, thus forming a binding legal agreement between Livlii and either (i) you in your individual capacity or (ii) you in your capacity as authorized representative of another person, company or other legal entity, together with that person, company or other legal entity for whose benefit you order the design service (”You or “Your”).


Monthly Coaching Membership

Cost: $100/month or $998 for 12 months if you pay in full. Payments will be automated. You agree to full payments charged on the fifteenth of every month through our online billing system.

Coaching is defined as virtual or in-person guidance, coaching, and education, intended to provide you personalized support to achieve their set goals towards improving their home or specific targeted space in both a group and one-on-one setting.

Coaching services can be delivered through video calls, chat, online forums, text, and email.

Style enthusiast receive the following support on a monthly basis:

  • Bi-weekly individual 30 min. coaching calls (either video or phone)- mutual time as agreed upon
  • Weekly group coaching sessions (taking place every Tuesday afternoons at 12:oopm EST via Google Video
  • Full access to the Livlii FB group to post questions about any home style maintenance, and style questions for Livlii design experts to support you with
  • Recommended reading materials, videos, or products aligned to common client home styling challenges
  • 15% discount on ALL Livlii-hood Academy course programs
  • Coupon and discount codes to various furniture and home decor products

Livlii coaching membership is intended for individuals who are committed learners, active in their engagement and participation in the program, and who recognize that we do not offer a quick fix or fast-track learning approach. You should be self-aware and realistic about your home improvement and DIY skills, budget, timeframe, and personal limitations that might interfere with your results to accurately set your expectations before engaging in this program.

Livlii is NOT responsible for the outcome of your experience. Your results are ultimately up to you. Completing any recommendations including style quizzes, worksheets, online searches, furniture movement, paint application, viewing of recommended materials, etc., we offer ZERO guarantees for you to obtain specific results in your space.

Hourly Support

Hourly rate of $100/hr. (paid in full (either in check [ written out to Livlii ] or cash) at the conclusion of the service meeting. If hourly services are conducted virtually, full payment shall be sent by you and received by the Livlii expert within 7 business days of services.

Paid time begins at the moment of Livlii design expert arrival on site (or start of Livlii video call) and ends at the conclusion of the formal meeting (or end of call for video or phone calls).

Hourly support includes virtual or in-person consultation with you and your Livlii advisor, to provide you with home styling recommendations specific to your “needs” keeping in mind your budget, timeline, skillset and comfortability, etc. on topics including but not limited to:

  • Fine-tuning or defining their interior style
  • Selecting wall colors, wallpaper, tiles, flooring, etc.
  • Furniture and home decor selection, layout, and placement
  • Furniture rearrangement
  • How to sell or responsibly remove unwanted furniture
  • How to shop and buy second hand furniture
  • In-person or virtual collaborative shopping

Hourly services excludes:

  • Construction of any kind (e.g, skim coating, wall removal, flooring installation, etc.)
  • Paint or wallpaper application or removal
  • Furniture disassembly, assembly, or moving
  • Sewing or upholstery
  • Steaming or laundering
  • Professional advice specific to electric, plumbing, or construction
  • Home maintenance, repairs, or troubleshooting home issues

Livlii is NOT responsible for the outcome of your experience. Your results are ultimately up to you. Completing any recommendations including style quizzes, worksheets, online searches, furniture movement, paint application, viewing of recommended materials, etc., we offer ZERO guarantees for you to obtain specific results in your space.

Costs:

  • $20/sq. ft. up to 400 sq. ft. | Reduced price of $18 sq. ft. >400 sq. ft., up to 16 hours of on-site support.
  • Every additional hour beyond 10 hours, hourly fee is $100/hr., or $200 for three team-members on site to meet a tight deadline. Hourly rate is calculated based on time of arrival and departure. Excludes travel time.

How this process work:

  • Step 1: Apply online to see if you’re a good match for this service. 
  • Step 2: Qualified applicants will meet with a Livlii design expert over phone or video to discuss your project goals, timeline, budget, etc. to confirm we’re a perfect fit.
  • Step 3: Once you’re selected, together with your Livlii design expert we create a customized curriculum and project plan to help you learn the targeted skills and achieve the final outcome for your space. This could be over days, weeks, or months depending on your goals and project scope.
  • Step 4: Where the magic happens. Together we chip away at transforming your space into a real-life makeover. We work to capture as much of the learning journey and your room transformation as much as we can on camera. 
  • Step 5: We sync up to reflect and capture on camera your learning journey and the before and after of your space 

For successful implementation, you agree to:

  • Full transparency with your abilities, skills, comfort area, budget, timeline, etc.
  • Preparing all necessary materials and goods in preparation for any real-time, in-person Livlii appointments
  • Using the Livlii resources (Google sheet format) to track all recommended and secured purchases to ensure all items are ordered and arrive on site BEFORE implementation
  • Be on site, distraction free to make progress in or achieve targeted home styling goals assigned for that visitation
  • Providing the Livlii team FULL access to the status of items ordered, shipped, arrived, vetted, returned, etc. (Google sheet format)
  • Ordering and ensuring all items have arrived at least 7 days prior to any scheduled visits from the Livlii team
  • Cleaning and prepping the space including removal of all unwanted furniture and home decor in the space PRIOR to implementation date
  • Providing various dates and times for the team to access your space to ensure all implementation tasks can be met
  • Providing full access to the space during scheduled implementation including access to parking, building access, etc.
  • Securing all personal items including pets and valuables, during the room makeover implementation process to ensure a successful and smooth implementation
  • Approval for real-time decisions made by the Livlii design team to troubleshoot and expedite final look, with all expenses paid by you
  • Access to the space AFTER room makeover implementation is complete for Livlii design experts, photographers, videographers, to get footage and photographs of the space

You are solely responsible, and shall accept full responsibility for:

  • Hiring of contractors, laborers, or other workers, obtaining of all required permits, and purchases of all materials and other products required to implement the design
  • Making all final decisions regarding the design services including, but not limited to, exact measurements, materials used, and which contractors, subcontractors and suppliers are used. Livlii shall not be held liable for any acts or omissions of any such measurements, materials, contractors, subcontractors or suppliers, recommended or otherwise. Livlii shall not be responsible or liable for permits, governmental approvals, engineering, architectural services, manufacturing defects, acts of God, delays or actions of third parties. Livlii’s recommendations are for your convenience only.
  • Vetting all items PRIOR to purchasing and personally purchasing and ordering any items you selected as recommended by the Livlii team.
  • Returning any items or goods you are not 100% satisfied with

  • Home offices
  • Dining rooms
  • Sunrooms
  • Patios, porches, and decks

Educational Training and on-site implementation can include any of the following:

  • On-site implementation together
    • In-store or online shopping
    • Product vetting- assess new pieces ordered to make sure they’ll work for your space
    • Furniture disassembly, assembly, or relocating
    • Hanging decor- including artwork, decorative items, and curtains
    • Staging for the final look (excluding all services listed under “Services Excluded)
    • Steaming or laundering
  • Educational Training Topics can include any of the following:
    • Creating moodboards
    • Floorplans
    • 3D renders
    • Product selection- including Furniture, paint colors, decor, wallpaper, tiles, millwork, cabinetry, appliances, fixtures, flooring, etc.
    • Layout and furniture arrangement
    • Project planning
    • Project management
    • Goal setting and attainment
    • Budgeting
    • Style preferences
    • Temporary Decor
    • Parting ways with existing pieces responsibly- selling or donating
    • Shopping second hand
    • Wallpaper application or removal
    • Painting
  • Services exclude the following:
    • Kitchens, bathrooms, laundry rooms, Painting walls
    • Wallpaper removal or application
    • Construction of any kind (e.g, skim coating, wall removal, flooring installation, etc.)
    • Offering Professional advice specific to electric, plumbing, or construction
    • Support with home maintenance, repairs, or troubleshooting home issues
    • Travel expenses

Confidentiality

All drawings, photographs, mood boards, renders, etc., submitted by you become the property of Livlii and may be used by Livlii for any purpose including, without limitation, promotional purposes, testimonials, before and after’s, etc. excluding disclosure client’s full name and address. All drawings, photographs, and any other renderings of any kind provided by Livlii as part of your design service are for your personal use only and shall not be used in any advertising or promotion, posted on any website, or otherwise published in any way by you or any third party.

Changes

All prices and package descriptions are subject to change. Livlii is not responsible for pricing, typographical or other errors, in any price or time estimate description. We reserves the right to cancel or refuse services, in its sole discretion and without any liability or obligation, any orders resulting from such errors.

30-Day Guarantees

All services have a 30-day money guarantee. Refund requests must be in writing exclusively reporting the specific areas they are not satisfied with referencing this document for any infringements of services. Refunds will be returned in the exact method of payment for tax ease.

Please note, no refunds will be given by the Livlii team specific to any furniture or home decor you’ve purchased.

Payment

Prices listed assume full payment at the time of service (unless otherwise noted).

Cash, Check (made payable to Livlii Co.), and direct deposit payments are accepted until online payments are accepted.

Prices provided DO NOT include cost of furniture, home decor items, professional contractors, supplies, taxes, shipping, delivery, stock fees, return costs, driving, parking, and assembly of goods (unless otherwise note).

Therefore, all packages listed request client feedback and testimonial used to drive company decisions, and to promote our services through platforms including our company website, social media platforms, course material, etc.

Socials & Publicity

You agree to allow Livlii experts to photograph and record your space before, during, and after any progress is made. You agree to allowing us to share those photograph and videos to promote and share on our company website, social media platforms, course material, etc.
